We couldn't find a gluten free speculoos spread you could buy in Australia, so we made one. It's that simple.

What it tastes like

Warm, spiced, and indulgent. The flavour profile draws from traditional Belgian speculoos biscuits: caramelised sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of dark spice. Thick, smooth, and spreadable at room temperature.

Actually made with biscuits

A lot of products out there call themselves speculoos or Biscoff-style but are really just nut butter with cinnamon and sugar mixed in. Ours is made by grinding down real gluten free speculoos biscuits. That's what gives it the genuine flavour and texture that imitations can't replicate.

Spread it on toast, rice cakes, or pancakes. Swirl it through yoghurt or porridge. Use it as a filling for cakes or sandwich cookies. Eat it by the spoon. We're not judging.
